Representative Claman, citing Uniform Rule 27(b), moved and asked                                                               
unanimous consent to withdraw the following:                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 289                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the fees that may be charged by a consumer                                                              
    credit reporting agency; and relating to the placement of a security                                                        
    freeze on a credit report."                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 289 was withdrawn.
